Hello bloggers How are you today?? I will talk about the topic PETS. It is difficult to me to talk about this topic because during my life I’ve had a really really bad luck with pets; I just can tell sad stories  and for that I don’t like too much  to talk about it, but let’s talk anyway.

Since  I was a Little girl I‘ve had problems with pets, the main reason is because my family are terrified about dogs and they don’t like too much cats, well this situation is similar with other pets. So when I was six to ten years old, I had only turtles, specifically two; the first one died because my grandma was washing his aquarium and accidentally she put the turtle in the water with chlorine, not in the fresh water! The second one died because we drop her in the yard and we never find her! Was awful :C. Then in a few years later I had a dog, we spend a while with him but the situation was unsustainable, nobody in the house had the time to take care of him, so we gave him to a neighbor of my uncle. Well I have more histories but like I said, there are all very sad so that`s it for today. 

A career-related website

Hi bloggers how are you? Today I will talk about a career related websites that I enjoy visiting, in each semester I use different websites depending on the subjects but there are two that I use always. The first one is a website about electronic thesis of the University of Chile (http://repositorio.uchile.cl), you can search different thesis for each faculty of the university and for the author, title, subject or publication date; this characteristics makes the search easier. I use this website almost in all the reports of my subjects because it has complete and reliable information, also because in the researches the students must to show a site characterization study, which is very useful in the reports. The second website that I enjoy visiting is Netflix (www.netflix.com) which I use it to see documentaries very interesting relate to my career or to general culture. This website provides different types of movies, series or documentaries but you have to pay for that; I use it almost every day and I like it because you don’t have to wait to video charged, the image resolution is excellent and the search of the documentaries, in this case, is easy. Favorite subject in this semester

Hello bloggers (: today I will talk about a subject that I enjoy studying it in this semester. I really enjoy subjects like Coastline, Environmental Ethics and Legislation and the subject Environmental Economics but the last one is my favourite which is mainly theoretical with a few activities. I think the subject isn’t very hard but it has some grade of difficulty. The main contents are environmental externalities, ecological economics, greening the economy, world trade, etc.  

I like this subject because the topics are very very interesting, they can be applying in to many fields and I think is a fundamental tool for all that is going on at present in the world. Something is very weird, I don’t like the classes very much mainly for the class methodology of the teacher; little content and much discussion (maybe for some people can be good but it gets very boring by the time) but I love the readings that contain all the information for the classes and tasks; the explanations and examples are great for me. So that’s it for today I’ll be waiting your comments. 

Music!

Hi bloggers today I will talk about music. In this moment of my life it’s difficult to talk about it because I am in a music transition, but let’s talk anyway.

When I was at school, first I listened the typical pop music and a little bit of reggaeton in parties, then I started to pay attention to another music; alternative rock, I don’t remember how but I really liked that music, I liked bands like Never Shout Never, Sleeping with Sirens, Artic Monkeys, A Day to remember and a lot of more bands. Also I listened Rihanna, Taylor Swift and Soda Stereo; yees very different music.

At present I’m still interested in a few of the bands that I mentioned but I added more. In university I started to know other types of music. The most important to me is afro music because I was in a dance group of that. Also at present, I listen Los Cafres, Cultura profetica and Ska music; I love it, makes me feel happy. However I want to know other things or go deeper in music that I like.

An important picture

Hello! Today I will talk about a really important picture to me; it was taken by a close friend in 2015 when I went to the south of Chile with her and two friends more, specifically in Hornopirén (the first town of austral road). I like this picture very much because it shows all that I was feeling in that moment; happiness, freedom, admiration and a lot of indescribable feelings. That trip was really important because I went with my best friends of university, also because it was the first time that I traveled by my own to the south. On the other hand I have to say that I was really really surprised about that majestic landscape; the picture does not capture all the beauty that I observed in that time, it was huge!! All of it made me thinks that we, the humans, aren’t nothing, the nature it’s very powerful and for that we have to take care of it. 

All about food :)

Hello everyone! This topic makes me feel hungry but let’s talk anyway. Food is my guilty pleasure. It’s difficult to choose one favourite type of food because I like a lot of different foods. Nevertheless I’m fascinating about sweet food; I really love it, almost all of them but especially cheesecakes, mint chocolates, foods with coconut and caramel, truffles; I couldn’t stop to appoint more and more. I eat them in any occasion. On the other way, for lunch and dinner I like especially to eat lasagna, sushi, potato chips, pantrucas, and all type of fish. Pitifully I eat this things just in a few occasions; just in special moments. Before I really really hated to cook but now I’m starting to love cooking because i have the power to eat in any way that i like (with more sugar or less salt for example). Actually today i will eat something that i cooked.

My favorite piece of technology

I think that my favorite piece of technology is the computer because it can be used for everything! I use it for doing stuff for my university; For example I use it to do homeworks (alone or with my classmates) or to study for a test. On the other way I use it like a recreation; to talk with my friends, to watch movies, to listen music and a lot of things more. I have computer since I was 12 years old more or less. For all that I explained previously I use the computer every day. 

Nevertheless I think that the technology transform us, despite all the benefits appointed I believe that the damages are more than benefits. All this technology has change so many behaviors in the world; the relationships between humans; the relations with our ground, our aspirations, etc. For that, we must never forget where we came from.

My autobiography

Hello everyone!

I will talk a little bit of my life. I was born in Santiago on december 16 of 1994 and at present i have 21 years old. My father's name is Alfredo but he lives in Argentina and my mom's name is Lorena, I live with my grandmom too, her name is Raquel and my very very little sister  is Matilda, she has just 5 years old and it makes me laught a lot. On the other hand, since a little girl i loved reading and i was very bad for all the sports, i didn't liked at all. When i was a teenager i  started to get interested in environment and all the damage that we were doing in it, for that, now i study renewable natural resources engineering and my hobbies are swimming, reading, and dancing.
